When I tell you I dragged my feet on this project

When I tell you I dragged my feet on this project forever, I truly did. I could not wrap my brain around how to get the back off of a watch, but it is so darn easy! This project literally took me 10 minutes.

So a few notes, to take the back off of a watch,it’s very simple. You’re going to put a small amount of hot glue on the back of the watch and then glue on a wooden pencil. Let it dry then you’re going to simply twist and it will pop right off. When you’re ready to put the back on the watch, simply peel the glue off and pop it back on.

The other gadget that made this project so simple was the Polaroid printer that I have. I simply took a picture of an existing picture, printed it, and then cut it out by tracing the back of the watch.

The photo itself slips right in front of the watch mechanism so you don’t even have to take anything out if you wanted to keep the watch itself intact.

I chose to do my mom and both of my grandma’s and I cannot tell you how happy this project makes me feel to see their smiling faces. 💗💗💗💗
