Method
- Cut your apples into 1/8th to fill a clean 5 gallon bucket 3/4 of the way full.
- Boil the water and sugar.
- Once the mixture has boiled, remove from heat and add the cream of tarter.
- Pour the sugar water mixture over the apples to fill the 5 gallon bucket. Cover with plastic wrap.
- Let sit for 24 hours and strain off the juice.
- Reheat apple juice and put into 1 quart jars.
- Hot water can for 10 minutes in boiling water.
