Homemade Apple Juice

Ingredients
  

  • 5 gallons apples sliced
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 5 tbsp cream of tarter
  • 10 quarts water

Instructions
 

  • Cut your apples into 1/8th to fill a clean 5 gallon bucket 3/4 of the way full.
  • Boil the water and sugar.
  • Once the mixture has boiled, remove from heat and add the cream of tarter.
  • Pour the sugar water mixture over the apples to fill the 5 gallon bucket. Cover with plastic wrap.
  • Let sit for 24 hours and strain off the juice.
  • Reheat apple juice and put into 1 quart jars.
  • Hot water can for 10 minutes in boiling water.
