The postcards of yesteryear were the only means of communication for many. Each postcard carried a special message and often a delightful piece of art with it as well. Antique postcards have some of the most charismatic images, so why not reuse those images for a piece of large scale art! This project is made even more special if the postcard is one from a loved one or family member. You all know me, I love to squeeze in a little antiquing anytime I can. So that means when we are traveling I love to hunt for treasures just the same. I thought it may be helpful to share a few tips to consider to help you find the best antique stores when you are traveling the country.
