It's September, the start to one of my favorite seasons of all - FALL! We are back in the swing of school and I've got to say we are BUSY! But never too busy to make a batch of homemade apple juice! I am so lucky that I have access to the BEST apple tree in all of North Dakota. It sits in the yard of my brother-in-law's old house. Tator Tot Knoepla Hotdish
Hotdish is the iconic recipe of the midwest. It is growing in popularity due in part to the Food Network’s, Molly Yeh, from Girl Meets Farm. This recipe was inspired by her and it combines the classic North Dakota knoephla soup and Molly’s Classic Tator Tot Hotdish that meld together to create a perfect bite.
