I thought it would be fun to start sharing a few things that I am loving each week. They may range from new books I am reading, the latest vintage inspired decor piece or even just a wonderful Instagram account I have been loving lately. So let’s kickoff Friday eve with a few things I have been loving!
- Finding Freedom – this is the new book by Erin French. I have always been obsessed with her restaurant in Maine and am patiently waiting for my trip to Maine someday to visit her gorgeous place. She has a very unique story and this book details all of her hardships and how she got to where she is today! She also has a series on the new Discovery network that is so captivating to watch.
- Wax Seals – I’m not sure about you but I have been ogling over the most amazing wax seals on Instagram lately. Honestly it makes me want to pick up a pen and write a letter to my friends and family. It seems so sad that letter writing is such a lost art, but when you receive a letter it is such an amazing treasure. My friend Melissa at @melissima.byma and @jadeitejunkie sent me the most beautiful letter with the most stunning jadeite colored wax seal. She uses vintage wax seal stamps and they each carry so much meaning, definitely check her out! You can even get jadeite inspired wax seal stamps from @jadeitefinds on Instagram too!
- Last summer I invested in this English watering lance and let me tell you it makes me so happy to water my flowers. I feel very regal and it waters everything in the perfect shower of water. It’s also very classy looking, all brass, so I love to display it with my vintage garden decor too! You can find it here!
