Have you ever strolled up to a garage sale and seen the most sad, adorable ceramic pet staring at you? It happens to me all the time and I can never determine what I would do with these darling vintage pets, until now! This is a great way to reuse a vintage ceramic cat or dog, or really whatever animal you would like to add some spookiness for the Halloween season.
Supplies
- Vintage ceramic cats or dogs (Here are a few inexpensive options I found online)
- Black spray paint
- Hot glue gun
- Small witch hats (I used these!)
Directions
1. Enjoy the hunt. I loved searching for more cutie cats to add to my spooky collection. Glass cats or dogs are best, but plastic works too!
2. Spray paint your cats. I used a satin finish black spray paint.
3. Glue your small witch hat to the top with hot glue.
4. Enjoy your new spooky pets!
