My first favorite thing from this week is this awesome Ruggable rug that we just put in the living room. It is the softest rug we have ever had and even better, it’s washable. I can sleep easy knowing that those toddler stains are just a thing of the past. I chose this color because I wanted something really moody for Fall and Halloween and these colors lend the perfect neutral tone! It’s called the Verena Dark Wood rug and you will be seeing lots of her this fall in our great room.

I am a Pioneer Woman junkie, so I was so excited to see that she has a new cookbook coming out this Fall! It’s titled The Pioneer Woman Cooks – Super Easy and you can find it here for pre-order. I can’t tell you how excited I am for a cookbook full of easy meals for the busy upcoming school year. Last year before the start of school I made a bunch of freezer meals that were so handy (click here to see them all). I am working hard rounding up a few new freezer meal recipes for this year, which I should have a post out in the next two weeks! School is 20 days away for us, where did the summer go!

She shares a wealth of information on vintage jadeite and collecting. I have a lot of jadeite but I always feel like there is more to learn about it all and how to identify it.
